| Description |
LEXT is an optical areal surface texture measuring instrument that measures surface topography using the confocal method. The instrument is equipped with five objective lenses (5x, 10x, 20x, 50x and 100x). It is also possible to measure large surfaces using stitching capability. Samples with roughness and features within the instrument range can be measured. |
