The Kern Pyramid Nano is a 5 axis CNC machine, vmc configured like a precision jig boring mill – SIP, Hauser etc. Extremely good surface finishes can be achieved due to the 42,000 rpm spindle and frictionless drive systems as hydrostatic lead screws are used in place of ballscrews. |
