WLR Precision has been established for over 40 years and has an enviable reputation for high precision components. This has been developed across several key markets such as aerospace, petro-chemical and instrumentation.

Recent developments have been the move to a new, larger factory and the installation of a state-of-the-art Kern Pyramid Nano, together with a range of other investments including machines from HAAS, Matsuura and Star, and an Objet Eden250 3D Printing System.

The Kern is an ultra-precision 5 axis machining centre which enables us to achieve exacting tolerances to a few microns. Extremely good surface finishes can be achieved due to the 42,000rpm spindle and frictionless drive systems. This is all enhanced by lapping, grinding, a fully automated ultrasonic wash system, extensive quality and inspection facilities.
